folks: We want you to be happy with us, our services, and the fit
and quality of the boats and equipment you purchase. As our friend
Darren Bush at Rutabaga Outdoors puts it “We promise to be
honorable, and you promise to be reasonable.” This sounds fair
to us as well.
Shipments are made
via UPS unless otherwise specified. Kayaks are sent Roadway, ground
transportation, and are shipped to the terminal closest to you for
pickup. Shipments out of the United States must be approved in
advance. All shipping charges will be due to the customer at the
time of sale. Products become the customers when the shipment leaves
our facility. All shipments should be inspected and damages noted on
the shipping bill at the time of arrival before the driver leaves.
Claims must be made in writing to the shipping company within 48
hours
Returns will gladly
be accepted within 30 days of the sale. Merchandise must be in like
new, re-sellable condition and accompanied by an invoice or receipt.
A credit will be made to the credit card used or a refund check will
be issued. A restocking fee of 20% may be assessed at our discretion
on special order items. All new merchandise carries the
manufacturers’ full warranty. All sales are final on closeout,
Demo equipment or boats, and used gear. No warranty is offered or
implied on used or Demo boats and merchandise.
